Shuttering and scaffolding equipment is vital for the Construction projects and there is a definite need to have airtight arrangements for hiring/leasing the same by the suppliers/contractors/project owners. Generally the construction contractors hire this equipment from the shuttering equipment supplier, however, when any dispute arises between the contractor and the project owner, the one who suffers is the shuttering equipment supplier or the business that provides the shuttering equipment on hire.
We have drawn this agreement to involve the owner of the project for the safety of the equipment supplier;
