This includes initial guidance and complete support from drafting of notices, pleadings, written statements, replies, affidavits and documents, through to representation before appropriate court, forum, competent authority or tribunal as the case may be up to the highest court of the land.
How it works:
- Give us your case details using the "Submit your case details" link below; or
- Send us a scanned copy of the legal notice or Court summons that you have received, by email;
- One of our associated attorneys, after going through your submission, will reply to you in email with estimate of charges;
- Once you have agreed on our attorney's fees, you will be asked to remit the initial payment through the online payment mechanism on this website;
- Our attorney will then send you necessary Power of Attorney form for your signature authorizing him to act on your behalf in the case before appropriate authority/judicial forum/court/tribunal;
- At this stage, he/she will also inform you about the course of action that will be adopted for the purpose of pursuing or defending your case;
- The Court cases representation requires a lot of work and at different stages as may be the requirement of the case as well as the procedure in law.
- We therefore, assert that the expenditure on the client is recurring in the litigation proceedings, hence the initial amount charged from you may not be treated as complete payment of fee in any particular case;
- Also there are two elements or heads in this section, under which any client may be required to make payment - one is the expenses and the other is the professional fee charge.
- Our attorney will inform you in advance the amount payable under each head;
- You will be charged separately for every court appearance and for every drafting work involved plus of course the expenses on actual basis;
- All expenses on up country travel, if any, and court fees will be charged on actual basis to the client;
- You may kindly appreciate that we cannot act for you without advance payment.
