Instructing us is very easy:

1. Document sales are explained at the order page alongwith the price;
    
2. In case you want us to create a specific legal document for you or want a legal opinion/advice on any legal or factual issue in Indian law: 
    
1. Please go to the relevant service page; 
    
2. Submit your case details through the link provided at the bottom of the page; 
    
3. For creating that one off legal document to your specific requirement, there is a fixed fee payable in advance and we take 48 – 72 hours to complete the work; 
    
4. For legal opinion please pay an amount of Rs. 3000 in advance; we will then email you our cost estimate of charges in the event that our attorneys have to spend more than three hours on providing legal opinion to you, we charge you Rs. 1000 an hour for every additional hour and the service is based on recorded time arrangement;  
   
3. You make payment for legal services or documents only through the website or Cheque payable in UK or India.
   
4.  Our system notifies us immediately to say you have paid. We acknowledge receipt.
   
5.  We start work on your case or document and return the results to you within three days at the most. We usually start by asking specific questions to fill any gaps in the instructions you have sent to us.
