After buying document
 
A 1. I have paid for a document? I am yet to receive via email, how can I download it?

  1. Go to the home page
  2. Enter your email and password at the left hand side
  3. You will reach the document pickup page
  4. If you have recently paid for a document you will see a list of these document(s) with link nest to them.
  5. Simply click on the link. You will be prompted to download the document, or the document will automatically open in ‘Word’.
  6. Save it to your computer.
  7. If you have any problems please contact tech support immediately.

A 2. I can’t log on the system. It does not recognise my email address?

The most likely reason is that you have registered with the wrong email address. Please contact tech support immediately with your ‘Worldpay’ transaction ID, date of purchase, credit card ID, first name and the correct email address. We will edit your email address so that you can download the document.

A 3. I have not received my document and when I go to download it, I did not find the document in the document pick up page. What can I do?

Whilst we are not infallible, the most likely reason for this is that your payment has not been accepted by our merchant service provider. If you have a WorldPay receipt, please contact tech support and we will send your document to you immediately.

A 4. I bought a document, logged on to download it but it didn’t open. Why?

The most likely reason is that your browser security setting does not allow you to open a binary file (.doc file). The other reason could be that the firewall in the network (in your machine or in the gateway machine) does not allow such a file to be downloaded.

You can try by changing the browser security setting to ‘low’. If you still can’t download the document please contact
tech support.

The most likely reason is that you have been registered with different email address or mis-spelt your email address. Please contact tech support with your first name, last name, correct email, document reference last purchased and the ‘Worldpay’ transaction ID if you paid by credit card.

A 9. How can I get an invoice with your V.A.T number?

Go to payment history page. Login using your email and password. Click on invoice link. You will see a V.A.T invoice with V.A.T number.

We really cannot advise you without detailed instructions. However, first, our document introduction pages will help you decide which document to buy. You certainly can. One of the leading features of Net Lawman documents is that you can edit, save and re-use. Most documents include drafting notes which explain which parts of the document you can change and which parts we advise should stay un-altered.

Any words, sentences or clauses that are optional are highlighted in blue. Simply choose the most suitable for your circumstances and delete the rest.

A10. Can I issue a statutory demand for payment?

Our summary advice on when to use is when:

  • You are absolutely certain that they owe you the money - every penny of it and the debt is crystalised. That means you do not need to ask a judge to say how much of your money claim is due to you.
  • Your debtor has the money.
  • You calculate that your debtor will pay rather than risk your issuing a petition. This depends of course on his perception of you as well as where he could find the money as a last resort.
  • You are prepared to follow up by issuing a petition. You hope that might never be necessary. But, as in any litigation, hesitation comes through in your tactics. You lose the impact completely if you are seen to be bluffing.

A15. Can I review a document template before I buy it?

Many, but not all, of our document templates can be ‘previewed’ before you buy. Click on the ‘Preview’ button next the document you want to see on the relevant introduction page. You can view most of the document although for obvious reasons, we mark the pages so you cannot see everything.

Alternatively, each document introduction page has a list of the specific provisions the document contains so you can check that the document includes everything you require.
