Memorandum & articles of association

The memorandum and articles of association are two documents required to form a company in India. The memorandum records the agreement of the first shareholders to incorporate. The articles of association set out procedures for management by the shareholders and the directors. The Net Lawman versions of these documents go further than most model versions by providing options that allow greater control of the operation of a company.
