Deeds of relinquishment are used to forfeit rights to inheritance, usually when someone either wishes an inheritance to skip a generation, or wishes an inheritance to be divided in non-equal shares. Use our relinquishment deeds to release a new inheritance or in anticipation of an inheritance.
